Rosemary Bray, spent more than 30 years employed in the dental profession, both in clinical and administrative roles, with experience in general dentistry, periodontics and her last 17 years in Orthodontics – all in San Diego.
She left her quality, fun Orthodontic practice in 1998 to begin her self employment as a speaker and consultant in Orthodontics and Dentistry and she has now proudly celebrated her 50th anniversary in teeth! Yes, that was 50 years!
She has lectured and worked on every continent except Antarctica (penguins must not care about teeth) and in all 50 of the United States, on behalf of the AAO & all the constituent groups , Ortho companies, numerous state and local dental societies, Ortho and dental study groups, in-office consulting and for her own workshops and seminars. She has been many times across the pond to OZ where she has many colleagues and now, friends.
She was honored to have been the Team Program Co-Chair for the AAO Annual Session in Chicago in 2011 and has been an AAO speaker for now 26 consecutive years. She has spoken at many prestigious Dental meetings as well all across America.
TEETH have taken her around the world to teach. She has truly “Been There and Done That” in her Orthodontic and Dental Career.

Di Watson started her dental career in the RAAF as a Dental Assistant for 6 years before leaving to study BApp Health Science (Oral Health) at UQ. Upon graduation Di worked for specialist practices in Periodontics, Oral & Maxillo facial surgery, Orthodontics & General Practice throughout SE Qld. Di spent several weeks in years 2012 and 2013 in Nashville, USA doing an Advanced Oral Health training course looking at the systemic involvement and treatment of microbial pathogens on Oral health through the use of PCR testing. Di joined Align Technology in 2015 as an Associate Clinical Manager within the ANZ Invisalign team. Di has been the dedicated ANZ Ortho Clinical Support in 2019 for ANZ orthodontists and staff to assist in the setup of efficient and predictable treatments for their patients with the Invisalign system.
Dr. Emily McBurnie
Dr. Emily McBurnie (Lockley) completed her BDent (Hons) in 2010 at The University of Sydney. Following graduation Emily joined Sailors Bay Dentistry and was in private practice for 5 years before relocating to London and registering with the GDC. Emily joined Align Technology in 2016 as a Clinical Specialist providing clinical support to Orthodontists across UK and Europe in case evaluation, Invisalign Clincheck Software support as well as clinical troubleshooting, mid-course correction and case refinement. Emily returned home to Sydney in July 2019 and now holds the role of Associate Clinical Manager within the ANZ Invisalign team. Emily has extensive experience in developing and manipulating Invisalign ClinCheck Treatment plans to turn the virtual into clinical reality.

Jayne has worked in the Dental Industry now for over 20 years and started out in a private Orthodontic practice in Queensland as a Treatment Co-Ordinator, staff trainer and undertook lab duties including traditional IDB setups. She then moved into the Dental Implants area educating and supporting Oral Surgeons and is now working with 3M Oral Care as a Territory Manager and Clinical Specialist in Orthodontics. In 2007 she attended and presented at the AAO congress in Seattle, USA, where she demonstrated and presented on in-house IDB techniques to Orthodontist and their teams. Jayne recently returned from the US where she spent one month with 3M Oral Care Orthodontic team to learn about new products and will be sharing her knowledge on the latest 3M Digital Aligner Technologies with you.

Dr Paul Dever
Dr Dever graduated with a Bachelor of Science from the University of Queensland in 2001 with majors in the fields of Biomedical Science and Developmental Biology. Immediately following this he moved to Sydney, where he completed his Bachelor of Dentistry with Honours at the University of Sydney. Paul received his Doctor of Clinical Dentistry degree in Orthodontics, University of Melbourne in 2012. He has been a SureSmile Dr since 2013.
